The Alfamacchine U200P Semi-Automatic Frame Assembler offers the power of pneumatic operation in a compact design that reduces operator fatigue while delivering consistent, high-quality results. Ideal for high-quality commissioned framing, this machine simplifies the assembly process through semi-automatic action.

• Setup – Spring-Loaded Pull Pin Mechanism: Quickly adjusts the upper clamp according to mould height.
• Clamping – Dual Piston Clamping Mechanism: Top-mounted dual pistons evenly distribute pressure.
• Operation – Pneumatic Foot Pedal: Activates clamping and V Nail insertion; upon release, the operator resets the mould for the next insertion cycle.
• Additional Information:
  • Includes Alfamacchine Power Twist V Nails accessories.
  • Upper “L” clamps feature replaceable polymer pads.
  • Fixed back fences for added support.
