DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is signed between the following parties under the terms and conditions stated below.

By accepting this contract, the BUYER acknowledges that if the order is confirmed, they are obliged to pay the price of the product and any additional fees such as shipping and tax, and that they have been informed of this obligation in advance.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this contract, the terms listed below shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

• MINISTER: Minister of Trade,
• MINISTRY: Ministry of Trade,
• LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
• REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188),
• SERVICE: The subject of any consumer transaction other than supplying goods made or committed to be made in return for a fee or benefit,
• SELLER: The company offering goods within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acting on behalf of or for the account of the one offering the goods,
• BUYER: A real or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
• SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
• ORDERING PARTY: A real or legal person requesting a good or service via the SELLER's website,
• PARTIES: Refers to the SELLER and the BUYER,
• PRODUCT: Refers to the movable property subject to shopping and software, audio, visual and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environment.

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement determines the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sale price are stated below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.
Listed and announced prices are the selling prices. Declared prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Time-limited prices are valid until the specified date.
