CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

GENERAL:

• By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
• Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
• Shipping costs will be paid by the buyers.
• Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
• The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, including documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
• If delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation and must refund the total amount within 14 days.

IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

• If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE:

• If it is determined after delivery that the payment was made with a credit card fraudulently used by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES DELAYING DELIVERY:

• If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller’s control, the buyer is informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, a replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the issue is resolved. If canceled, the refund is made within 14 days. Refund time may vary depending on the bank if paid by credit card.

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

• The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and refuse any damaged or defective items. Once accepted, the product is considered undamaged. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must be unused and returned with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date without any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any justification, by notifying the seller through the contact details below.

CONTACT INFORMATION FOR WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION:

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

• If the purchase is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.
• The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are covered by the seller.
• Written notice via registered mail, fax, or email must be given within 14 days, and the product must not have been used if it falls under "Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal".

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

• The product’s invoice (If invoiced to a company, a return invoice must be issued by the company.)
• The return form and all standard accessories, packaging, and box must be returned complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• The seller must refund the total amount and any documents creating an obligation for the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and accept the product return within 20 days.
• If the product value decreases due to the buyer’s fault, or return becomes impossible, the buyer must compensate the seller. However, changes due to proper use within the withdrawal period are not the buyer’s responsibility.
• If the campaign discount threshold is not met due to the return, the discount is canceled.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL:

• Custom-made items, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, swimwear, cosmetics), single-use products, perishable goods, digital content, unsealed audio/video recordings, and printed material are not eligible for return if used or opened. The right of withdrawal is also invalid for services started with consumer consent before the withdrawal period ends.
• To return hygiene-sensitive items, packaging must be unopened, and the product unused and undamaged.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

• If the buyer delays payment by credit card, they are liable for interest and legal charges as per their bank agreement. In case of default, the buyer agrees to cover the seller’s losses and legal fees.

• Online credit card payments are available with options for single or installment payments. The amount will be charged upon completing the order.
