The Alfamacchine U300P Semi-Automatic Frame Assembler is designed for fast, high-quality frame assembly while reducing operator fatigue. With three fixed V Nail insertion positions, it ensures repeatable, consistent results, making it ideal for professional framing.

• Setup – Spring-Loaded Pull Pin Mechanism: Quickly adjusts the upper clamp to the mould’s height.
• Clamping – Dual Piston Upper Clamping Mechanism: Distributes pressure evenly, drawing the front clamp corners together.
• Operation – Foot Pedal Control:
  • When the pedal is pressed halfway, the upper clamp lowers and the front clamp is drawn inward.
  • Throughout the full pedal depression, V Nails are inserted.
  • When the pedal is raised halfway, the current V Nail remains clamped while the mould is held in position.
  • Fully releasing the pedal frees the clamps to move to the next V Nail insertion position.
  • The V Nail head automatically cycles among three set positions.
• Additional Features:
  • Includes Alfamacchine Power Twist V Nails accessories.
  • Upper “L” clamps have replaceable polymer pads.
  • Adjustable back fences allow angle and tilt adjustments for optimal joins.
  • Configurable for front or rear operation.
  • V Nail blocks are replaced with a hex key; standard sizes of 7mm, 10mm, and 12mm are supplied, with optional 3mm, 5mm, and 15mm extras.
  • Supplied with full boxes of 7mm, 10mm, and 12mm V Nails.
