The Alfamacchine U400 Semi-Automatic Frame Assembler is engineered for versatile, high-quality frame assembly. With interchangeable V Nail magazines and metal magazines, switching between different V Nail sizes is fast and easy—making it an excellent alternative to a Cassese machine.

• Setup – Spring-Loaded Pull Pin Mechanism: Rapidly adjusts the upper clamp to match the mould height.
• Clamping: The front clamp secures the mould while the upper clamp and V Nail carrier move together so that the mould is always clamped directly over the insertion point.
• Operation – Foot Pedal Control:
  • The foot pedal activates the front clamp, drawing the corners together and holding the mould in place throughout the process.
  • A two-step push-button lever is used:
  • Push 1: Lowers the upper clamp.
  • Push 2: Inserts the V Nails.
  • The lever’s handle can be adjusted between insertion positions and is configurable for left-handed operators.
• Additional Features:
  • Equipped with Alfamacchine Power Twist V Nails accessories.
  • Upper "L" clamps have replaceable polymer pads.
  • Adjustable back fences enable optimal angle and tilt adjustment for the best joint quality.
  • Configurable for front or rear operation with an ergonomic design—the V Nail insertion mechanism is pneumatically balanced for inclined cutting.
  • V Nail magazines can be easily changed without tools; standard sizes of 7mm, 10mm, and 12mm are included, with optional extras in 3mm, 5mm, and 15mm.
  • Supplied with full boxes of 7mm, 10mm, and 12mm V Nails.
