The Alfamacchine U500 Memory Programmable Frame Assembler is designed for high-volume frame production. Load profile data for up to 6000 mould assemblies—adjusting V Nail size, quantity, and position, as well as cycle speed suited to wood hardness, along with the mould barcode.

• Setup – Touchscreen Operation: Optional barcode scanner enables fast, touch interface setup.
• Clamping: A dual-piston upper clamping mechanism evenly distributes pressure while the front clamp brings the mould corners together.
• Operation: A foot pedal activates both the upper and front clamps and can be configured to automatically fire the V Nails. The system is memory programmable for consistent cycle settings.
• V Nail Channel: Features a single V Nail channel for precise nail placement.
• Additional Features:

  • Upper "L" clamps with replaceable polymer pads.
